as I reflect on all the full moon flow episodes we’ve had so far, my heart is full.
i’m extremely grateful for everyone who has made these moments possible — whether you’ve been a part of the experience or showed up to dance, breathe, and flow, thank you.
the next couple of months there will be no full moon flow events as i prepare for next year. this pause is intentional — to dream bigger, plan deeper, and return stronger. but before anything else, i just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. i hope to see you soon. 🤍
