Crystal Cave was a magical experience.
The moment that they turned off the light for 30 seconds inside the deepest part of the cave, I experienced what true darkness feels like for the first time in my life.

I'm so happy to have so many good people around me and I feel pretty accomplished in everything I've done this past year.
I've grown a lot in a short amount of time. But only mentally, I'm prettyyy sure physically I've already reached my height limit.
It's gonna be a good next year because it feels like it will be.

I am both terrified of and deeply fascinated by deep water.
Stepped out of my comfort zone last weekend by going kayaking through caves on an island and as a reward I saw bat rays, amazing underwater kelp forests, dolphins, seals, got a tan (finally!), hiked in the moonlight and the whole island was filled with adorable little native foxes.
