We started our journey in DIY mode: Back in 2024, Esrin, our in-house Mate Brewski, was busy finding the perfect recipe on her own.
Our current recipe reflects that DIY spirit: we only use 3 ingredients (if you donât count water): Mate, Lemon and Agave. Thatâs it.
No endless ingredient lists, no bullshit.

Day 2 at Vadia đ
After day one, we spent the night in Porto with Vici & Marc - good food, long walks & talks.
Not enough sleep, but a lot of excitement.
Early morning, back at the brewery.
Suddenly it wasnât just tanks and theory anymore-bottles were being cleaned, filled, moving down the line. Our drink. In real bottles.
And then the first label went on.
That was the moment it really hit us:
We didnât just talk about starting a beverage brand.
We actually did it.
