Meet Mony Zakhour, our first Dad of the Month!
You’ve probably already seen this talented Dad’s work on walls throughout the city. When Mony’s not creating or curating @crybaby.gallery , he’s busy being an incredible dad to his son, Oscar. ❤️
As Dad of the Month, Mony will enjoy free coffee for all of February. Congratulations Mony ☕️☕️
Passenger Contemporary presents its inaugural exhibition : 원 (One) by SONGDAHAE
A 10-year retrospective drawn from her personal archive. Though no longer based in Toronto, her work is deeply rooted in the city’s creative communities - shaped through years of collaborations, projects, and shared spaces.
Both a homecoming and a beginning, 원 (One) marks the opening of Passenger Contemporary - a new gallery and cultural platform built around the idea that culture is always in transit.
Opening Night
Saturday, May 16th
6PM – 9PM
RSVP required. Link in bio
For years, @mony.zak has been a familiar face, not just as an artist we admire, but as a friend and someone deeply rooted in the local community.
Working between canvas and large-scale murals across the city, his work always feels like it's alive. Spontaneous, layered, evolving, and full of movement. A balanced chaos like no other.
In a way, it mirrors the energy we resonate with in our own space. When we were building this store, we always hoped his work would find its way here. Not as decoration, but as something that completes it. A final layer that makes the space feel settled.
Much love and a huge thank you to the artist. If you love these as much as we do, what you see as well as other original artworks by Mony are available for purchase 🌐✌🏾
