and I keep wondering… why did i sit on this for so long?
this version of me was always there, just waiting for me to stop overthinking and start
also… my friends and family??? insane. UNREAL.
the kind of people who hype you up, show up, repost, check in, and remind you who you are on the days you forget.
i don’t think i say it enough, but this, whatever i’m building, exists because of THEM as much as me.
and at the core of it all, it’s always been art.
it’s watching someone pick up a brush and get lost in it.
it’s seeing people feel something, even if they don’t have the words for it yet. the ones who haven’t painted in decades.
that moment when someone cares about art, that’s everything to me
i think that’s why i keep coming back to this.
