to then end up high energy

A major throwback
to when @beyondthesoundx
was invited by @for_all_queens to play on @gimic.radio
This is my first time listening back to the whole thing
and although I struggled with the deck and my poetry
I absolutely loved this set
I also just love witnessing how my sound
and the way I express myself are evolving
The way I started the set is not how I finished it
and I just enjoy that type of storytelling
Like you are really being asked to be patience, present
and go on this musical journey with me
I always start shy, still searching
then end with more confidence
Like I even removed the chair,
grabbed my drink and start dancing
There is still so much I wanna share with you
but I’m gonna take my time
as I’m also still discovering…

There’s something beautiful about creating a space and watching people to slow down in it. This visual came from an evening centered around sculptural light, deep listening and communal stillness.
