Before MongoDB.local London last week, our London team caught up with Erica Volini (Chief Customer Officer) and Ryan Mac Ban (Chief Revenue Officer) to discuss the future of MongoDB and our Go-To-Market leaders' plans for how we'll get there. The main takeaway? MongoDB is infrastructure for production AI. We'll continue helping customers move their most critical workloads to MongoDB's data platform, enabling them to build, launch, and scale next-gen applications. Along the way, we're focused on enabling our own teams to work more efficiently and find opportunities for learning and growth. Want to be part of it? "My favourite part of working at MongoDB is the people. It’s the everyday interactions, the support, and the sense that you’re part of something bigger than just your role. There were days when everything collided — a critical work deadline and a family emergency I couldn’t ignore. In the past, that would’ve meant choosing one and feeling like I failed at the other. But because of our flexible policy, I didn't have to choose. I stepped away when my family needed me, came back when I could focus, and still delivered what mattered. This sense of ownership over my work and my time is what makes working at MongoDB unique. I’ve learned to use office time for collaboration and energy, and home time for deep focus. That balance has made me more intentional, more productive, and honestly, more present in both spaces." ✨Aishwarya Agarwal, Senior InfoSec Analyst

To the kids, working at MongoDB looked like all fun and games. Between magic and reptile shows, cupcake decorating, photo booths, and arts and crafts, it’s easy to see why! What they didn’t see? The customer meetings, product roadmaps, and lines of code that power some of the world’s most innovative applications. Take Your Child to Work Day was the perfect reminder that you can build serious technology and still have a lot of fun while doing it. 💚 #LifeAtMongoDB
