Six years ago today I posted mongochatter episode 01 with @freetothinkfreetobe on my you tube channel. My YouTube channel wasn’t even called mongochatter then. It was very primitive and flawed, not that it’s perfect now, but I never would have imagined back then in my wildest dreams, that this thing would have taken me to Texas and allowed me to collaborate and skate with and get to know countless sick ass people and mind blowing spots. I never thought I’d have merch or cohosts or producers or sponsors or anything of that nature. I really was just lonely in my studio in Newburyport and thought the world was ending so I wanted to talk to my friends about skateboarding. Six years later, I feel very much the same. People say this all the time but I have goosebumps of gratitude as I sit here and reflect on the ride and the only thing that really comes to mind to say is, Thank You Skateboarding I wish I had the time and energy to shout out every single person and entity who has worked with me, been on the show, contributed graphics, let me use their clips, hosted me, sponsored me, fed me and everything else along the way You support is very much felt and appreciated 🛹🎙️💻🔮🌎❤️ *I don’t care that this is eight minutes long.
