Added a CD player to the audio system in the music room, and moved in the CD collection.
Now all the physical music media is is available for listening through the tiny but mighty KEF Reference speakers!
I really tried to keep this American Vintage ‘63 Precision as a flat-wearing, chrome ashtray, Jamerson hook-plucked, muted Funk Machine, but it just didn’t stick:
This is the loudest and punchiest P bass I’ve ever heard, and it is the best sounding bass with a pick I’ve ever played.
Thus no longer a tool to render mellow funk, or country thump, it shall be for snarly rock and snotty punk…(and the Smiths)
I’m wrestling the Wattplower tomorrow night with the Wasted Arrows.
