This year @hevrekazimierz +1 once again served as the @patchlabfestival Club. This is where, since 2017, the panoramic projection system designed by us has been in use — loved by VJs and visual artists. At the festival opening, 🟡Javier Muñoz @monchi.master performed a VR DJ set. Over the weekend, 🟡DJ @bad.alian [ @sektaselekta ] and 🟡DJ @yulz.dj [Klub CEL, Katowice] played, accompanied by visuals from 🟡VJ Ludwik Kamiński @ludwik_av 🟡The 14th edition of Patchlab concluded with an improv performance for two actors and AI, featuring Marta Waldera, Marcin Kalisz @kalisz_z_wroclawia and… Chat GPT. Javier & Luis Muñoz @monchi.master @luis.sierra.music and Enrique Moya Rosa @enrikismo during the 14th edition of @patchlabfestival presented 🟡 @alhajaxr - an immersive VR audiovisual performance inspired by the folklore of the Spanish regions of La Mancha and Andalusia. 🟡The artist trio entered a virtual universe to sculpt a constantly evolving live performance. They combined virtual instruments, samples of folk songs, drum machines and synthesizers with imagery created in real time by artificial intelligence, which became a digital brush guided by human imagination. What happens when music and visuals are performed inside virtual reality? ALHAJA is a live immersive performance where sound and image are crafted from within a shared virtual space. Three artists create electronic music and realtime visuals dissolving the boundaries between concert, ritual, and digital art. Beats and melodies rooted in Spanish folklore mixed with contemporary electronic music from deep House grooves to IDM textures, forming a living landscape that evolves, a dialogue between tradition and technology. 🟡AVnight 1: Live Audiovisual Performances A trademark of @patchlabfestival – AVnights at @hevrekazimierz +1 will take place on October 24 and 25, starting at 8:00 PM. On Friday evening, the audience will see @andreaslutzz 🟡'Abstract Language Model', awarded at @arselectronica Prix 2025, exploring machine language and neural networks; the immersive VR performance 🟡'Alhaja' by the Spanish trio @monchi.master @luis.sierra.music and @enrikismo where Andalusian folklore meets AI and 🟡'Ora. The Limits of Planet' by the Italian collective @imaginariumcreativestudio a 360° spectacle reflecting on planetary boundaries and humanity’s relationship with nature.
