We're proud to be recognised at the Master Builders Association of NSW 2026 Riverina Murray Regions Excellence in Building Awards for the McAuley Catholic College Primary School Redevelopment!
The upgrade has given the campus a complete transformation, purpose-built for the way kids learn today. New and refurbished classrooms, breakout spaces, amenities, admin areas, staffroom and canteen. And a covered outdoor learning area that means rain doesn't stop play (or learning).
Congratulations to everyone on the project team who helped bring this vision to life. π

Monarch has been awarded the demolition and construction contract for a new public housing development in Yarralumla.
We're transforming a 1950s housing complex into 30 modern, energy-efficient homes for Canberrans who need them most.
This project is part of the ACT Government's commitment to deliver 5,000 additional public and affordable homes in Canberra by 2030, and we're proud to play our part.
A Moment for the Homestead.
Works encompassed restoration of the original stone homestead, construction of a new terrace, arts studio and multipurpose spaces, verandah reconstruction, full accessibility upgrades, and surrounding landscaping.
The Homestead is now social and cultural centrepiece worthy of its historic past.

A Moment for the Homestead.
Originally built in 1883, the Gold Creek Homestead in Ngunnawal is among the ACT's most historically significant rural properties.
Following years of deterioration, the project delivered a sensitive restoration, adaptive reuse, and purposeful expansion, transforming it into a vibrant community facility at the heart of The Grove retirement village.

Final phase of internal fit off, concrete pavements going down, and the landscape package coming together nicely.
Two projects, serious momentum.
