It really hasn’t felt much like Summer yet in Calgary. And looking back on videos of me skating in a bikini with @jammalynnflower and @skatinwem in Nicaragua from a few months ago (@myskatepro retreat) I just want to feel that summer heat so badly! 😭

Side Note : WATCH OUT FOR THE SCOOTER KIDS AT HUNTINGTON! While we filmed this video they swiped @livvyskates back pack! They ditched it in the parking lot and thankfully only stole a bag of weed but daaamn! Did it right in front of us! BOLD!

Huntington has always been my favourite park because of the vibes, but those jr.high kids can be squirrelly lol
If you asked me five years ago if that new hobby I was about to become completely obsessed with would connect me to roller skaters all over the world and have me travelling to beautiful places like Nicaragua to skate with complete strangers I would have never believed you. 💖

But it feels so good to still get together with my friends and do what we love together.
These days are rare but I’m so grateful for them when we can make it happen!
Whether it’s getting to skate together, grabbing a bite, or catching up with a yap session, I love the chosen family I’ve found in my adulthood.
My teenage self would think we are all so cool 💖
(Also, I’ve never had so many people show up for my birthday party before and that really healed something from my childhood, so tysm 🥹)
