A few clips from the Midwest shows I played a few weeks ago. I wanted this run to be loud and intense every night.
It was wonderful to meet so many new and kind people. Until next time!

Molto Ohm, the experimental electronic project of musician Matteo Liberatore, now has two projects under its belt, and with the release of Reality Pills in late February, he has furthered the unmoored sound and cultural commentary that he envisioned when he began work under the moniker. With over a decade of experience in the experimental and improvisational music scenes, the Brooklyn-based artist is certain to continue expanding the creative dialectic and freedom of energy that Molto Ohm is founded upon.

Save the date for Molto Ohn (NYC), Hate Gang USA, and Moustache Bride vs. Robocop: A Film by Moustache Bride on March 31st!
On tour from NYC, Matteo Liberatore’s project, Molto Ohm, is a sonic and visual exploration of the fragmentation and alienation of modern life. Through a juxtaposition of dance beats, seductive voices, synthetic melodies, and environmental sounds, the music captures the tension between the magnetic pull of consumerism, commodification, anxiety, and affect regulation; and our profound yearning for calm, joy, and human connection.
Equally at home in smoky late-night venues as well as museums and galleries, Molto Ohm’s live performance consists of improvised sound collages made using 4 DJ decks played simultaneously. The music is fragmented, layered, and recombined, blurring the lines between club music and sound art. Molto Ohm integrates a screen projection that expands on the ideas expressed in the music, immersing audiences in a world of screen recordings, 360-degree footage, iPhone footage, and stock imagery that recontextualize the detachment and digitization of the online experience.

We are happy to have Molto Ohm @molto_ohm visit us from New York City. Molto Ohm is a sonic and visual exploration of the fragmentation and alienation of modern life, through a juxtaposition of sporadic dance beats, seductive voices, synthetic melodies, and environmental sounds.
Experimental guitarist Chad Clark @chaclar comes from Chicago to perform with St. Louis’s own Damon Smith @newmusicbass , a redux of their fantastic 2024 record “Hallucinated Citations.” A very creative guitarist, Clark deserves to be heard.
And finally Jesse Rae, of local favorite Lucky Shells, will be performing. A treat to be sure.
