We have 8 quality checks throughout or silversmithing process, if your buckle doesn’t pass at a quality checkpoint- it’s sent back to the previous step to be fixed until it’s perfect. 2️⃣We have a 35 step process for building buckles. Your order starts as a blank piece of metal- every element on the buckle including the lettering, 3D elements, beaded edges, custom logos, and more are crafted in our shop. Each step, from engraving, to soldering, to polishing & hand painting logos are equally as important. There’s an art to what we do, and this is what it takes to end up with a BEAUTIFUL buckle. 3️⃣Some buckles are more difficult to build than others. We give a little wiggle room (45-60 days) in our quoted lead time in case your buckle has a more complicated logo, extra stones or a complex engraving pattern. 4️⃣Our production time is the same whether you order 1 buckle or 100.
