Hello! My name is Jake and I am an Account Lead with our Creative Production team here at MOJO. I am responsible for ensuring that my clients have creative assets for use on social media, their website, and emails to promote their seasonal objectives. It’s a blast getting to work with our creative team to bring these projects to life and then see them on our client’s social media, or on their website! I enjoy the challenge of keeping everything organized and super-serving our clients by giving them the peace of mind that when they need creative, they get it! I started with MOJO in November of 2021. My favorite thing about MOJO is that I get to work with awesome people in a casual environment, while still growing my business acumen, knowledge, and career! There was a holiday post we did for our client that was such a good time because it required a lot of collaboration with a particular colleague on the client-side, and an intern on the internal side. We went back and forth trying to make sure it was perfect and there were parts where we were all laughing together. Later on, I was showing a family member my client’s Instagram, saw the post, and I laughed out loud remembering how much fun it was working with those people to get that post ready. The most important thing you can ever be is a hard worker, dedicated to learning, and teachable. Do what you need to do to take feedback and apply it to multiple situations both professionally and personally. In managing so many projects at the same time, I have grown and learned so much about how I manage myself. So the lessons apply both in and out of the workplace. Marketing is an ever-evolving field, so being curious and desiring to learn what is happening is huge as well. It’s pretty neat where life has taken me. One of my favorite memories of traveling with my wife was going to northern California and checking out the beauty of the redwood trees. She’s an elopement photographer so we are always checking out new destinations to hold a wedding for our adventurous couples. I pride myself on getting to be her second shooter at these small gatherings!

Diverse Backgrounds, Shared Curiosity — There’s no one that will have more questions (and answers) than @okapikid aka “Auggie”. His perspectives, insights and determination make him one of a kind. We’re also convinced he can solve just about anything (and do it in record time). Let’s meet him: Heya, Auggie here, I’m a Strategist at Mojo. As a strategist I get to touch a little bit of everything—from digging deep into analytics to working on big-picture ideation—but at the end of the day, I’m either tackling problems or figuring out new ones to solve. I started at Mojo just over two years ago, and I’ve gotten to work on a wide variety of initiatives in that time. My passions revolve around gaming and psychology, so the opportunity to work on some related initiatives, like Angel’s Envy’s Toast the Trees trivia, always gets me hype. I’m a big fan of goal-oriented approaches, and I strive to help focus on that pre-work of figuring out where we want to end up before starting on the pathway of how to get there. I’m obsessed with immersive narrative experiences. I built and ran a 6-month long, grant-funded, city-wide alternate reality game, I’ve designed in-person and digital experiences for a number of nonprofits, and I once designed a game for fellow participants of Red Bull’s Escape Room World Championships in a single day that took place entirely in the hotel we were all staying in. The next project is coming soon...

“Harnessing The Magic Within” —— When we bring together our set of skills, unlocking an organization's magic is what we do. So when it came time to look inward and reimagine our own magic, we had to cultivate what was at our core: a diverse set of backgrounds and a shared curiosity.   Those two traits are what make us hard to define but also creates our cohesive team. Our range of disciplines, experiences, perspectives and principles make for quite the crowd, but it’s our curiosity that has us all looking in the same direction.  Adapting, Transforming, Thriving. These have been at the forefront of our shared vision since the beginning. How to achieve these for ourselves, our partners and clients is the fuel for our collaboration; and for a post-2020 world, they couldn’t be any more relevant.  Creators, strategists, technologists, consultants, engineers and venture capitalists hardly ever share the same space, but when you can gather a group of them that share the same mindset—that’s where the magic happens.  We invite you to meet our new MOJO. —> Link in bio

Momentous day at Mojo as @meganalthaus and her @bikeandbuild team have officially biked from coast to coast! Excuse the paragraph here but we’re all so proud to have this charitable, strong, rockstar designer on the team. . . . Megan’s on leave leading a team that’s biking across the country while raising money and awareness for affordable housing. Go team #nus19

Bars are a place of connection. This logo for Cobblestone OTR is an ode to the horsecars that traveled the same paths used by Cincinnati's street car today to connect old friends and new.

It’s very likely that all of us are currently or will be caregivers. In designing this content piece for Prudential, we welcomed the challenge of making critical information on a subject that can be heavy and complex, approachable. Link to full guide in bio.

Some whiskeys only come along once in a lifetime. Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks is one of them. It was a rare gift to have a hand in crafting the launch of this exceptional expression, from building the online reservation experience for 500 Main members to planning an exclusive media event at Angel’s Envy distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. We hope you were lucky enough to get your hands on a bottle or at least enjoy a taste of this one of a kind spirit! #tellgreatstories #anglesenvy #smallbatch #bourbon #Louisville
