It's so great to observe the maturation of my favorite flower. She is an amazing strong willed, deep souled, thoughtful, loving young woman and I look forward to seeing all the great future things that come her way.

I've been running between Montauk, NYC and home since the middle of May. It was an incredible ride in Montauk. I haven't stopped until yesterday and have spent the last few days staying close to home. I guess that Dorothy said it best, that "there's no place like home". I find restoration, creation, love and so much beauty here. I'm not sure of next steps, I'm just thinking about the here and now. I guess that fall is the time of reflection. I like what I'm seeing. I hope that y'all are liking what you are seeing. One love, peace on earth and I hope that you have inspiration for creation, whatever that might be. I've never tried adding music to my posts and Insta is showing me some good suggestions. Here's to you Lou! Xxx

I needed to borrow some WiFi passing through Easthampton and I jumped into the local library. Upon leaving, I spied this gorgeous tree and felt the need to pay it some respect (call me a tree respecter not a hugger as my T shirt would be soaking wet right now). I saw a little brass plaque at the foot of my new tree friend and it was dedicated to none other than Joseph Heller. A magical moment is what I will call it. I hope that y'all are having as good a day as I am just experiencing. One love to many Xxx

I always intend to post images, but by the end of the day, I'm just happy to be sitting still. Here are a few more special moments from the last few months. I'm going to miss it here, but I'll be happy to be home. Xxx

An amazing summer and experience is drawing to a close. It feels like it just sped by, but in reality it took its sweet Montauk time. So many people walked through the EyeGalleryMTK doors and checked out our crazy mix of fashion, jewelry, art, decor, furniture, books, music, gadgets, etc. I heard things like "awesome", "great", "cool", "best store ever", "incredible" often from people entering or leaving. To all who came by and gave us a try, maybe bought something, or just hung out, it is greatly appreciated. There's a chance that something bigger comes out of this soon(ish), but for right now it's time to start packing up as soon as the weekend is over. It's been a great trip! I feel really lucky.

It makes me happy to share the beauty with those that come in our door searching for something that they had no idea they needed. These great Royal Stafford of England bowls are now going to be a present for the Goth couple getting married in black this coming October. These will definitely be the best present that the wedding couple will receive, no question!

We finally have a lease signed for our summer seasonal, center of Montauk, vintage design retail shopping extravaganza (I really like that word). We've been working on this since January and our (Sofia s really) patience and determination have finally paid off. We are rushing out to Montauk right now and going to be setting up our vision of a unique vintage experience! I guess if you don't know the retail rules, it's ok to break them. Stay tuned, there will be a lot more coming. To keep up to date with us, please keep your creative eyes open to @eyegallerymtk . We're looking forward to sharing our good juju's with whoever is brave enough to enter our sense of beauty (and humor). We'll be featuring a bunch of different brands and artists as well. If you are passing through Montauk, please drop by and say hi!

Howdy. I'm hoping that all are doing well... I just finished another one of my funky auctions and am organizing the pickup and I felt this love for a bunch of the things that I'm wrapping up and passing on to new people that I hope will love them as much as I do. (It's not a sexual thing, just kinda visual). I'm just sharing because I'm happy to show the beauty and also because I'm thinking about what things that I'm doing next. Maybe a store, or just a space to hang out and walk around some cool stuff... I've got so many amazing things and I'm thinking how to DeCollect. I'm open to any suggestions... Hmmm... I'm wishing y'all beautiful holidays if I'm silent going into 2025. I'm also wishing us all strength and love and clarity going into 2025 and the next 4 years (if y'all know what I mean). Stay strong and always remember how much love and beauty there is out there! We can do so much together. One Earth, one Love! Xxx Stephen

Thanks Giving is my favorite holiday and it's not just today that I celebrate, but every day that I can get up and see the beauty and feel the love around me. I want to send out an eyes wide open message of thanks to all that surrounds me. Xxxx

As some who know me well know (that's 2 knows in one sentence), I always try to make a negative into a positive. Today is a bit of a stressful day for me, as my family has been through a time where they had to escape their home and country many years ago when a dic(k)tator named Adolf decided that he needed to blame another tribe of people for his own insecurities. It took millions of lives and many years to beat this evil back into its hole in the ground. As I look out at the world (really the human race), I see similar tendencies where some cannot show love and generosity to others, when we are all truly one, floating on this amazing planet, that nurtures all of us, through space. I feel that we at an existential moment where our United States are tearing at the fabric that makes us who we are. Where some who are fighting for making sure the voting is honest are at the same time trying to take away the vote from others. This is very upsetting to me as I always believe in our right to express ourselves through our words, our art, our beliefs and our vote. There are many places where these rights have been taken away from the people by their oppressors, where people live in fear of their neighbors and countrymen. That is an awful way to have to live and I pray that there are enough people that have a similar belief in the beauty of the people to decide together how to get along and live with each other without the fear of getting attacked for their beliefs. So I am praying that there are enough out there that have a remembrance of the not too distant past, where some in power took away the rights of others in a very sinister way, and will vote for light over darkness. I am also celebrating that somebody really close to me knows the difference between the darkness and the light and lives her life to the fullest with love and beauty. It's a beautiful world. Let's hope that all can see this light over the next few months and for the rest of time.

I was sitting down at the back of my van taking a breather from loading wood that was gifted to me by my neighbor, and I was enjoying the view and the sound of the blue jays and the crickets and enjoying the moment when I spied upon an amazing discovery! There in front of me was a huge fossil of an early man lying happily along the side of the road. I crept closer and closer as I didn't want to disturb this amazing find. It's an amazing world!
