Today, we have some very important leadership and team updates that mark both the end of an era and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. After almost five years as part of the Mode Elle team, Agent Katie will be stepping down from the role of Booking Agent/Agency Manager and transitioning to Academy Instructor, while also helping out with event coordination. While we will miss her daily rhythm at the agency, we’re so grateful for the mark she has left and can’t wait to see her thrive in her new and upcoming journeys. With this said, Katie will still be part of the community in other ways. Katie wants to continue to be part of the industry, and Mode Elle looks forward to continue promoting her. We cannot thank Agent Katie enough for all of her hard work and dedication! Now for new beginnings – former New Face Agent, Hailey, will be stepping up as our new Booking Agent & Admin. Hailey has been in this industry for many years, including being a part of the Mode Elle roster years ago. She knows our DNA inside and out, making her the perfect fit for this next chapter!
