love love love these classes with truly inspiring movers 🫶 I always found ‘ballet’ scary and it upset me that I wasn’t naturally gifted with the perfect arch, having bowed legs limited me etc (but would kind of wing it and what made me a strong contemporary dancer) but moving together in this safe, sociable, supportive space developing impressive technique, artistry and challenging coordination is really really enjoyable. I’m definitely the strongest I’ve ever felt physically and technically and observing the joy in the whole room (plus casual double, triple pirouettes AND when pregnant) is insane. Our ballet classes include barre, centre and occasional floor barre work. It’s full-body and mind engagement, strength and conditioning. 🩰
