Depois que lesionei minha mão em Novembro, foi um inferno.

Eu precisava de ajuda para me servir, para abrir uma garrafa, para segurar coisas.

Lá atrás o medo tomava conta da minha cabeça é para lidar com ele eu pensava: “daqui 6 meses o H2H vai sair melhor ainda do que já estava.
Vou esperar, descansar e assim que puder, treinar para isso.
Eu só preciso de 6 meses!!”

Ontem, 5 meses depois conheci a @mod_pixie em uma Jam aqui no quintal de casa e ela me deu uma instrução que mudou toda a estrutura do meu Standing H2H.
Resultado? Um standing sólido, e bem consciente do que eu fiz.
