pieces from my first ever attempt at editing a music video
song @ninevicious - tokyo
I took unedited clips I found online and frankensteined them together while adding my own edits. The full video is on YouTube! All made in one day πΌπΌ

I learned a lot making this. I made so many mistakes (some I left in) but overall it was fun experience. Things I will keep in mind going forward:
1. Itβs okay to let edits linger on screen for more frames.
2. First sync up the number of frames needed with the audio portion of the song. If the audio clip is 10 seconds long at 24fps you will need to have 240 frames of visuals. Can print 120 frames and make them each last 2 frames to total the required 240 frames.
3. Crumbling up the paper can be an edit on its own cause added with other edits (like scratches, crayon, pen) it makes everything look kinda muddy.
4. Plan ahead and take your time. Play some nice albums or a cool podcast cause dis shit takes forever and will sometimes get confusing + look overwhelming.
