Lovecraft Country_Episode 4_Character Yahima
This is a little snippet of the transformation my character goes through! Above is what showed in the episode and below you can see the cameras going around me as I perform!
I was challenged in every way by taking on this role. The stylized movement was a blast and something I specialize in but for this character I needed to speak in an Arawak tribal language that has been dead since the 18th century. I had to perform naked with a prosthetic. And I also had some underwater scenes!
What I wouldn't give to take on another role that challenges me in this way!

My Mama gave me this beautiful dress years ago and for the 1st time I got to wear it for the Grand Opening of @babydollshouseofjazzandblues . Unfortunately I didn't get any photos while I was there so I did a little home photo shoot!
My Mama is the best Mama bear ever and not only stands in my corner but supports me in all of my creative endeavors. So when she comes across something she that reminds her of me she gets it and I find myself always thinking of her in everything that I do. I love her so damn much!

So yesterday I went to the Grand Opening for @babydollshouseofjazzandblues and got to wear a beautiful dress my Mama got me! Unfortunately I didn't get to shoot photos at the actual establishment; so I took some photos in my home and had chat GPT keep me and my dogs body composition and my face/body structure exactly the same while it changed the background to a jazz and blues environment! I'll make another post with the ones I took in my home 🥰 I'm just happy I got to wear the dress my Mama got me many years ago for the 1st time.
