A brand system is more than a mood board.
Mood boards capture aesthetics.
Brand systems create alignment.
Thatâs why we donât start with visuals.
We start with the core of the brand.
What does the company stand for?
What should it be known for?
What needs to stay consistent across every touchpoint?
Through workshops, positioning, and strategic direction, we define the foundations first.
â Positioning
â Brand values
â Beliefs
â Communication themes
Only then does design begin.
Because visuals without strategy are just decoration.
What we build isnât just an identity system.
Itâs a framework designed to scale, adapt, and stay coherent over time.
Strong brands arenât static.
Theyâre built to move.

Every element has a reason.
We built this identity for @autosecure_gmbh around one core idea: security that feels modern, precise, and unmistakably confident.
The challenge wasnât just to redesign the brand.
It was to reposition it.
From a traditional security provider to a digitally driven system built for a new generation of security infrastructure.
âSecurity Guard 4.0â meant translating innovation into something people could instantly feel through structure, typography, motion, and restraint.
Nothing decorative.
Nothing unnecessary.
Every element serves a purpose.

This isnât a mood board. Itâs a brand system.
And that difference is where most brands break.
A mood board shows a direction.
A feeling.
What something could look like.
A brand system defines how a company shows up
visually, verbally, structurally, across every touchpoint.
Most never get there.
Because a real system forces decisions.
â Positioning thatâs sharp.
Not safe. Not generic.
Something that costs you something to say.
â A visual language with rules.
Not just assets, but logic.
And clarity on what happens when that logic is stretched.
â A tone of voice that holds.
Not âclear and human.â
But choices. Edges. Consistency.
â A system that scales.
Across formats, teams, and moments
especially when the brand team isnât in the room.
â A built-in way to decide.
So when the question comes, âcan we do it this way?â
the answer is already there.
Thatâs the shift.
From inspiration to governance.
From presentation to execution.
One documents decisions.
The other drives them, every day, at scale.
â
Does your brand system actually guide decisions, or just document them? đŹ

Most rebrands fail before they even start.
âA new logo will fix it.â
That assumption quietly kills more rebrands than bad design ever could.
Weâve seen itâbig budgets, beautiful outcomes⌠and still no clear answer to one simple question:
What do we actually stand for?
Because rebranding isnât a design exercise.
Itâs a positioning decision.
If you canât define:
â What you want to be known for
â What youâre communicating today
â Where the gap is
Then no visual identity will fix it.
The real mistake isnât bad design.
Itâs solving the wrong problemâperfectly.
â
Where have you seen rebrands go wrong? đŹ

A digital space that follows the same principles.
The Rakoon Design website creates room to arrive, breathe and explore. Natural colors, soft transitions and a clear structure guide users intuitively through content. Projects, people and details are connected through a consistent visual language and presented as part of a larger whole.
A platform that supports perception, creativity and calm while leaving space for imagination and growth.
Children deserve spaces that inspire rather than overwhelm.
Rakoon Design creates play and learning environments shaped by Scandinavian clarity and reduced to the essentials while remaining rich in depth. Inspired by Japanese minimalism, the brand reflects calm, perception and creativity.
The logo is clear and refined, conveying trust through subtlety. A raccoon icon adds personality without losing precision. The typographic system supports this balance. KMR Waldenburg ensures clarity and structure, while PP Valve introduces a playful and distinctive accent, used intentionally and sparingly. The result is a brand that feels calm, thoughtful and full of character.
From RMJ Careers to HIREE.
A new name for a new mindset.
Hiree stands for trust, relationships and the quality of educational work. Our task was to translate this shift into a brand that feels warm, clear and confident. A softer name, organic forms, a calm yet vibrant color world and a typography with character create a presence that feels professional and approachable at the same time.
We designed and developed a modular website in Framer that combines clarity with warmth while supporting long-term content and lead generation. Structured user journeys, editable components and a flexible system enable the team to manage website and social content independently.
The result: a scalable platform that attracts the right candidates and institutions while strengthening the brand across every touchpoint.
A website designed to show more than individual projects.
The new Maas & Partner platform translates strategy into structure, combining typography, color, imagery and content into a unified digital system. The result is a precise, confident presence that makes their mindset, collaboration and continuity visible across every touchpoint.
Maas & Partner brings together architecture, planning and engineering across a wide range of projects. Our task was to create a digital presence that reflects this diversity while establishing a clear, shared identity. Starting with a defined brand story, we developed a cohesive visual and structural system that connects disciplines, projects and people into one consistent experience.
