SXSEA has been UNMUTED 🔊 UNMUTED brings together a radical, raw gathering, rooted in sound and solidarity. This is a gathering of artists who speak their truth, from Asian diasporic storytellers to First Nations voices of this land, sharing music that reflects identity, resistance, and community. Each artist brings a powerful reflection of who we are - emotionally, politically, and culturally. This is more than a gig. It’s a party for the people. A space to move, feel, resist, and connect. We are UNITED, UNAPOLOGETIC, and UNMUTED. Featuring🎤 @sheeshrajah @mobcaution @srirachii A percentage of proceeds will be donated to the @blackpeoplesunion Community Solidarity Fund. 🎫 Limited Early Bird Tickets! Grab them while they last! 🗓️ 20 June 2026, 7:00pm 📍 The Toff, Level 2 Curtain House, Swanston St @toffintown Supported by the NEWPRINT4 Program, @mavartsau @creative.australia @creative_vic #unmuted #sxseaartists #firstnationsartists #solidarity #fundraising [Image description: Cutouts of three artists (Srirachi, Saieesh, Caution) are placed against a chalky backdrop. The word ‘UNMUTED’ is written in bold, underneath it is written “move, feel, resist, connect”.]

🚨 CAUTION 🚨 this lineup is getting 🔥🔥🔥 @mobcaution is a Gamilaraay, Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr man. A writer, poet and hiphop performer. From his early teens Caution has gained the respect and admiration of all who hear his deftness of language, depth of wisdom and undeniable honesty, technique and linguistic dominance behind the microphone. Caution sees music, hip hop and art, not as a vehicle to material gain but as a tool of empowerment for those who have no voice, whose stories have been disregarded and whose language may be too polite to understand the subtlety of what it means to grow up Indigenous and having to interact with suburban Australia. Don’t miss out on these amazing musical acts, ticket link in bio!
