Getting off that sharp rock, so to speak. Love y’all and am so lucky to be right here, alongside so many inspiring, fun and loving folks in my life. Hopefully we can all get off at least one of our sharp rocks this year ✨
#shortstory #fromtheheart
2025 had its ups and downs and all-arounds, but I’ll be darned if there wasn’t a heck of a lot of love woven through it all. I feel lucky beyond belief to get to live right here, right now, with you all. Thanks for the love fest, and hoping that 2026 cranks up the dial even more 💕

My dreams of a seaweed log came true thanks to @joule_surfboards 🩷 The love and creativity that went into this is unreal, and I am forever grateful for you @beau_hayes_franklin !
It’s been almost four years since my dad took his last breaths in my arms while hiking in the Sierra backcountry along with @sunsetswithroby and her dad. It’s been a hard thing to imagine going back, but I know my dad would have told me to not let that get in the way from experiencing a place I love. Four years of healing and it just felt right. Spending time along the Bishop pass with Meg was just what the doctor ordered, healing wounds, lightening some baggage and just plain old giggling our way along the trail. I’m so thankful for friends who become family, and for time to change our minds of what we think is even possible. Carrying your love with me pops, always and forever ❤️
A whole year riding miss Ellie 🩷 what an angel for putting up with me and trotting my ass around each and every week. Things I’ve learned with her: It’s ok to be scared. Trust her and trust myself. Take charge and expect results. Stress and anxiety is just as much physical as it is emotional- and they sure know. Let go of expectations and you can be happily surprised. Patience is a practice. Animals are literal angels here on earth. Thanks Ellie girl, love you and am grateful for your partnership 💕🐴💕
