Your body already has a liver and kidneys; that’s the real detox system.
Those teas only give you temporary weight loss (mostly water) and stomach wahala.
Real results come from consistent healthy meals, not starvation in a bottle.
- Sitting down all day is not a lifestyle
Gym or no gym, your body needs movement.
Long hours of sitting slow your metabolism, affect your blood sugar, and mess with your back.
Even walking, stretching, or short home workouts count. Just move.
- You can’t undo 2 months of junk with 3 days of “cleanse”
Let’s be honest.
Eating rubbish for weeks and then rushing into a detox won’t reset anything.
