We are less than 5 days away from MN-Unity Vol 6: Motion Theory!!! Some of you may be asking, "what exactly is Motion Theory?". To put it simply, before each round, we'll be randomly drawing a movement concept for you as the competitor to best interpret and display in your round. You and your opponent will be judged based on your execution of the concept in your battle against each other. All concepts are listed in slide 3 so that you may train at your own leisure in preparation for Saturday. Comment below any questions you have and we'll respond with answers!
