The Minnesota State Fair meets the Smithsonian! 🎨 🐮 State Fairs: Growing American Craft is the very first exhibition dedicated to artists’ contributions to the great U.S. tradition of state fairs. It features 240 artworks on view, including several pieces by Minnesota artists which help share the stories and history of the Minnesota State Fair on a national stage. Among them is our very own 2023 Commemorative Artist, Liz Schreiber, who created the signature image for this exhibition in our favorite medium, crop art! Find it all at the Smithsonian @americanart Museum in the Renwick Gallery through Sept. 7, 2026.
