A memorable session today- connecting @masonmusicrocks student @seanfredella_4 with @shaheedtawheed for a session on hip hop and flow. Sean has taken lessons with Will since he was in elementary school and is now recording an original song he wrote about surviving cancer. Be on the lookout for a release soon!

Mason Music’s annual Magic City Songwriting Contest is now open for submissions! Each year this contest is held to showcase Birmingham’s finest musicians. The theme of this year’s competition is “DISCONNECT”. The best original song that is submitted will be produced at the Mason Music Recording Studio and will be showcased on Birmingham Mountain Radio.
