This Thursday, we’re gathering for a real conversation about what it takes to build and sustain community in Harlem. Joining us is Greginald Spencer, Company Manager with The Soapbox Presents. Founded in 2020, The Soapbox Presents is a platform for Black and Brown artistic expression through curated concerts in outdoor spaces and other venues. Greginald is an international recording artist, actor, and music director whose work spans stages around the world and right here in Harlem, including the Apollo, where he opens Amateur Night each week as the “Set It Off Man.” Greginald understands what it means to hold a room and to build and sustain community in real time. That’s the conversation we’re in. Join us. Thursday | 6–8 PM Rokmil, 274 Lenox Ave The weather may not be ideal on Thursday.
