Not a straight line. More like circles, overlaps, pauses & sudden bursts. That's how our journey is as creatives. We launched www.mmpac.mt, & ran our first open call campaign for artist acvitations. We met — creators, musicians, collaborators & supporters. The groundwork is laid, Join the waitlist.

Sweet on the surface. Loud underneath. The Marmalades are five musicians who shouldn't work as well together as they do — rock, energy, and enough flavour to coat the whole room. One of Malta's most loved live acts, and you'll hear why the moment they hit the first chord. 📍 The Garage, Malta 📅 Friday, 3rd April 2026 🚪 Doors Open: 7PM MMPAC Artist Showcase & Membership Launch Supported by the Anna Lindh Foundation, Mediterranean Youth in Action & co-funded by the European Union.

Some music asks you to dance. @jeanaquilina 's music asks you to listen. Rooted in the American folk, blues, and country tradition, Jean plays his own songs alongside the classics that inspire him — with nothing more than himself, the instrument, and the room. 📍 The Garage, Malta | 📅 03.04.26 | 🚪 Doors: 7PM MMPAC Artist Showcase & Membership Launch

The first MMPAC Micro Fund award is here. We’re excited to announce that Charlene Galea has been selected as the first recipient of the MMPAC Artistic Creation Micro Fund with her experimental performance project “Twobecome.” The project explores the relationship between sound, movement, and collective rhythm, creating a hybrid performance space where body and sound become equal materials for live composition. Congratulations to Charlene and her collaborator — we can’t wait to see this work evolve. But this is only the beginning. In May, MMPAC will launch the full Artistic Creation Micro Fund programme, supporting multiple artists and projects through an open call. If you are an artist with a new idea, your moment is coming. Stay tuned. Thanks to @annalindhfoundation for helping us pilot this project through the Mediterrean Youth in Action Scheme
