Today marks two years since I lost my furrmate bbmew, Nux. Somehow, life goes on. LaMort is now princess of the castle, and I still miss you everyday. I hope you’re chugging churus, salmon, and prosciutto in kitty heaven. I’ll make sure to refresh your butsudan up for you.
Making Reels is such a tedious chore no wonder I don’t do them often.
Anyways 2025…what a year…I can’t say that it was a great year for me. I have never struggled harder career wise with no clear destination in sight, and it’s a little scary and a little depressing. If I have learned anything reflecting back on my past year through these small videos , is that I am ashamed to admit I may have attended too many kpop concerts as therapy lol. But I made great memories along the way.
I got to see some of my previous friends multiple times this year, partake in a lot of shenanigans, and for that I am so grateful.
I am also so lucky to have the people that I have in my life. Thank you to those that continue to check in and just be Present. #
I think, going forward, I want to focus on putting myself back out there in the community here on the west coast (I know I have been a hermit) and overall just putting myself back out there in general. And somehow, even though times are uncertain, I still really want to continue and pursue my makeup career.
I hope everyone has a safe a happy New Year’s, and here’s to things looking up if you need the boost, or if you are on a roll, to continue to the upwards progress you are making. I’m cheering you all on. 💚

Photo memories reminded me that exactly 1 year ago, I went to see @xoalsox@taemin_bpm in Japan with @cyber_bird We were both planning our trip, and I think both of us secretly wanted to entertain the idea of going, but I’m glad she brought it up first haha. So we begrudgingly found out that the dress code was yellow, scrounged up whatever yellow-accented clothing we could, and squeezed in a trip to Fukuoka in between our plans. Big shoutout to @you.n.tk for helping us to get the tickets, as getting concert tickets in Japan is kind of a nightmare. Honestly, it sounds so silly to go to a kpop concert halfway across the world, but I’m so glad we went. 💛💙
Videos were sketchily taken because I was afraid I’d get caught and kicked out, but I’m glad I risked it for the memories.

Today, she turns 4 (it is her adoptaversary).
She stares beyond the veil. What she sees is a mystery.
This past year, we have really grown into each other and learned how to navigate without Nux. I always had a difficult time understanding how parents could have a favorite child and a less favorite child because to me, it should be equal, but boy did I encounter this when Nux was gone. I felt so guilty around her because I didn’t think she deserved that. She wasn’t Nux, who I had bonded with, but if anything this past year has taught me that that’s ok. She has also really grown into her own personality out of adolescence, and now I love and cherish this strange little shadow baby so much. I have always wanted a lap cat, and now I have that. I am currently en route home from the East Coast, but can’t wait to shower her with Fancy Feast and Churus (her favorite) when I get home.

Anyways, photos (some potato I was fighting the Netflix camera crew and the fog machine) from SKZ Dominate LA D1. Honestly, what a great weekend with an amazing group of friends. Especially thank you to @skhaliplays and @leecata_ for helping me soothe my anxiety to get barricade. It was my first time at barricade at a Kpop concert, and I don’t think I could replicate a better experience. 🫰🏻
