this is my first album that bears my name- and the process that it took was gruelling, beautiful and every emotion in between. starting in september the group that became the public ear began. seven months and five iterations of this project later, the awaited album is coming. we spent hours upon hours in the studio perfecting this record and even more time practicing and playing this on the road. it’s been such an amazing process to work with so many people throughout @schoolofaudioandmusic my first year of college.
there are a couple in specific that I want to thank in this note, starting with @skywithcloudsinit for being the vocal backbone of the album and being the most active in the recording process alongside me as well as being a great friend to have around.
a thanks to @jebrohnson to tracking these songs at Columbia and being such an easy person to work with. and a thanks to friends and family.

TWO YEARS WITH YOU!!! i truly am the luckiest guy in the world to be able to go on all our fun adventures together and be a part of your life for two years now…a lot has changed! and we will certainly change in the next two years as well but i always know i’ll be with you<3 i love you maya!!!!
wanted to make a post to say thank you for a great year!! this year personally was my most productive, but it honestly didn’t feel like it at all- and i changed a lot of how i work on my music & how i perform live. this coming year is going to be busy and i am so grateful to have things booked out far into next year. i am so happy i get to start this year with a group that i am completely comfortable with both musically and emotionally as well, it’s nice to have my old friends back in music with me!!
somethings to keep in mind: take a listen to the album i did this year, and join the channel for everything in the future!! everything can be found at or somewhere on my pages. sometime this year physical media copies of my music will be around to purchase so look out for that!

There goes Fallen Log. we did two shows there in the winter of 2023 right after they began hosting shows, and it was the first gig we were truly paid for- and also the second show with the group of people i continue to perform with to this day (with some exceptions!)- i won’t forget the cold ass vegan pizza & free food we got. RIP to another Chicago venue that took a chance on us…maybe we’re just bad luck…still come and see us-
one whole year of “A Message From The Folks, With Love.” so much good since then has come from this. this one took over three years and it’ll forever hold a very special place in my heart. if you haven’t listened, give a listen! thank you everyone for supporting this thing i have- so much on the way.
