Part 2 of Vietnam places from my Google Maps: Hi Chi Min / Saigon Food: Ðào Liẽu, Intimate, ascetic, hidden, loving, antique details, and grandma recipes. 100/10 Bánh Mì 37. 5 pieces of fried meat, rich on sauce and celery. Pair it with your wine from nob next door. 10/10 Bún Thįt Núóng Chà Giò. Rice noodles, fried pork, fried spring rolls, and iced green tee — you go to order there. 10/10 A Xiu - Quán Ǎn Ngon. A way to eat broken rice with chicken among stylish and very nice people. The chicken was dry though. 6/10 Bò Né Thanh Tuyên. Breakfast local-style that opens until 11 am. Fried egg, meat and onion inside of a bread. 10/10. Quán Cá Biên Núông. Seafood straight out of decks. Located in District 4, which serves the most delicious food in the whole city. 10/10 Drinks: NOB natural wine bar. Chinese and European natural wines. Get a chair and sit on a tiny street. Get the best bánh mì to pair with your wine. 8/10 RAW + Atelier. Cocktails, trees, cement walls. 9/10 Bodega Saigon. Bar and club behind the corner shop. 100% vibe, 0% drinks though. 7/10 Frolic. Some places out of my Vietnam‘s 200 Google Maps saved. Part 1 — Hanoi. 1. Bún thang Hą Hôi. Locals go-to lunch place for Bún thang — the most clean and refined soup in Vietnam, 10/10; 2. Bún chà Húóng Liên. Tried my first Bún chà there and loved it the most; 8/10. 3. The rice pancakes place on Ly Thai To (Old quarter). Between salt mate and pho hong. Open until 11 am only and they are goood; 9/10. 4. Mono coffee lab. There are many specialty cafes and many of them were good. This one was great, plus pastries like matcha shu. 9/10. 5. Tâm vį. Michelle stared restaurant in old houses. Atmospheric and beautiful, but the food is just bland. 3/10. Bars: 1. The Haflington. 50 best. Very “50 best” place: cabinet style, inventive but too overthought cocktails — very dated. But the product itself was good. 5/10. 2. Riff. Nice vibe, but really poor quality of product. 4/10. 3. Wong Bar Wine. Natural wine bar behind a tiny door. No sparkling, but the vibe is served instead. 10/10.

This is so so real. War promo, kids, fireworks, happiness, saying goodbye and saying hi to the new — all happening at once, all is a part of life that goes on no matter what you feel about this. There is always another way, another route that I can take in order to achieve what I want. There are no limits apart from those that I set to myself, so better be more conscious with this 🤍
