5 vs 5 TEAM GRAPPLING
ONE TEAM SURVIVES.
🤼🏽 FORMAT
• 5 vs 5 Team Grappling
• Team Single Elimination bracket
• Matches take place inside a 7m cage
• Submission only
• No points
• No advantages
• No referee decisions
• Winner stays in
• No submission = BOTH athletes eliminated
⏱ MATCH TIME
• 5 minutes per match
• Max. 60 sec transition time between athletes
⚖ WEIGHT RULES
• Max team weight: 400 kg
• Max athlete weight: 100 kg
• No minimum weight
🎓 EXPERIENCE LIMIT
• Maximum individual level: BJJ Blue Belt
• Maximum 3 Blue Belts per team
• Equivalent level from Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, MMA etc. allowed
👕 TEAM RULES
• Matching rashguards required
• Ideally with your team name/logo
• Wrestling shoes allowed

• Heel hooks
• Reaping
• Neck cranks
• Slams
• Spiking
• Strikes
• Jumping guard
⚠ GUARD PULLING
• Immediate warning

1st offense → Warning

On 7th of June we will host the 12th light contact MMA tournament (groups of 4) to give everyone a chance to gain their first experience in the cage with relatively low risk of injury.
This is a great opportunity to prepare for full contact and/or for people who cannot attend full contact fights due to age, profession, health conditions or other reasons.
No idea what LC means? Image normal sparring but against a stranger and under normal tournament circumstances (referee, judges, etc)
