Surprised to have a full bar and restaurant to myself for an early breakfast. Arrived in town for PLA a day earlier than expected when a catering truck hit the plane I was on. Though the plane was damaged all people were uninjured. Pilots and staff handled it well and had a fascinating chat with a pilot sitting next to me on my pivoted travel plans. (Tight turnarounds at non-hub airlines warrant being flexible). A good reminder to roll with hits and have a laugh. Thinking today of all the folks who aren’t getting paid right now who make it possible for the rest of us to fly.
