Trust me.” No posing. No “tilt your head left.” Just two people in the rain on a bridge in New York City, minutes after getting told the shoot was still happening. I shot this at 14mm on a Sony A7IV — ultra-wide to capture the full bridge architecture and let those cables and railings pull your eye straight to them. 1/200 at f/4.0. The rain did the rest. Wet planks became a mirror. The fog softened everything behind them. The bridge became a tunnel leading to two people who didn’t care that they were soaked. Rainy days aren’t a backup plan.
