I recently had a creative professional look at my website. He pointed to one project in particular and goes, “Get this out of there. I can tell you didn’t like doing this one.” (So true.) We talked about replacing it with something that is more true to my style instead of showcasing some predictable, corporate LinkedIn ads.
This one felt good. I love @liquiddeath — their mission, style, messaging, and obviously, drinks. Took some time to create a concept flavor and paired branding. Light and dark, vitality and void, a complex duality. Chthonic Tonic explores tart and bright pomegranate notes with rich blackberry undertones. I break down the research, process and tools used for this project on my website.
