PROUD!
I am so proud of @robostrongwoman today!
Kirsty started working with me last year and her goals were clear… to feel like she belonged and was an athlete. Not just someone there to make up numbers.
Kirsty works so hard, not just in training but in nutrition, recovery and mindset. But above all her passion and motivation makes it a privilege to coach her.
3rd place at Britain’s Strongest Woman U57 and I may have got a bit emosh about it all.

@linda_gets_strong showed up and gave maximum effort and didn’t look a single bit out of place against the best females in the country and the world - couldn’t be prouder!
Well done to the other MK coaches @mrs_myler & @donna_moore_strongwoman for having their girls ready for this weekend and the good work showed 👏🏻
Very grateful for this life 🙏🏻
Also to all of the ladies as a whole, you all absolutely SHOWED UP and the standard was insane and amazing to watch and I had a lot of fun commentating!
Well done @unbreakable_promotions for a great show also!
Stop complaining about lack of opportunities and lack of prize money when you can’t even show up to support one of the most prestigious competitions of the year 🤡
Day 1 @officialstrongman_ Britains done and the men did not disappoint 🫡
Harry taking 1st place u90kg 🏆
Sonny 1st place u70kg 🏆
Matt 2nd place u70kg 🥈
Graeme with a very near miss on the podium coming in 4th - 1 point behind but by far his best ever Brits finish so great result!
Ian & Darren with solid shifts in the u90kg class and alot of comp goals ticked off so performances to be proud of!
Andddddd we do it all again tomorrow with the females 🙌
Do you eat everything in sight after you’ve weighed in?
If you do, you’re an idiot and it is 100% does not make you feel and perform better than proper nutritional protocols do 🙄
Any man or woman who tells you a big fry up or a McDonalds is what makes them feel the best is lying to you and they’re lying to themselves 😅
One of the major weekends of the year this weekend @officialstrongman_ Britains and no doubt a few of you will have done the opposite of all I’m talking about here 😅
Follow these 5 tips and you’ll not go far wrong 🫡

Team MK out in force with a SQUAD this weekend at @officialstrongman_ Britains Strongest Man & Woman for the weight classes 🙌
We’ve became a dominant force around the world over the years and I fully expect a lot of success for the team this weekend with athletes in every single class apart from men’s u80kg!
Excited to see them all send it 🫡
What’s the first thing you should be doing post weigh in?
I’ll give you a clue - it’s not eating McDonald’s breakfast or a fry up, if you do this you’re a literal retard.
Without the presence of water and electrolytes - the nutrients from the food will struggle to go where they need and not to mention your digestion will be fucked.
First thing to do is get a shake in with some carbs and electrolytes - then 30-45 mins mater meal 1 which should also be rich in easy to digest carbohydrates like a bagel with jam or maybe some cereal and fruit.
