This series was launched as an economic justice initiative to support artists of the Global Majority obtain the financial information they deserve but which has been systemically suppressed so that we can better navigate this capitalist system. This isn’t the only solution, but one effort, and we hope it helps quell fears, overwhelm, and be one resource amongst many for how we may take care of the communities that matter to us, near and far.
The evening will center around small cohorts of BIPOC creatives rotating between tables to chat with our radical money allies in open Q&A. NOTE: This is a confidential, private event for BIPOC attendees only that will not be recorded to ensure privacy is upheld as much as possible. Financial professionals are volunteers and aren’t all BIPOC.
Food and drinks available for purchase directly from The Moxy (save those receipts *wink*)
Tickets are going fast—only 30 remaining! Get yours now!
PS. “Creative” is a fluid definition. This event won’t turn away any BIPOC registered!
