Special thanks to @boho_vintageclothing for this great red Kimono that became the perfect hagiography combined with the perfect gold make up by @mariannayork and the blue of the lake . […]Το κόκκινο Vermilion παραγόταν και από το ορυκτό θειούχου υδραργύρου cinnabar όπως και από το κιννάβαρι που δίνει ένα έντομο, που λέγεται κέρμης. […]Η Χρυσοκονδυλιά:Όταν χρύσωναν τον κάμπο της εικόνας και έτριβαν τη χρυσωμένη επιφάνεια, μάζευαν όλα τα κομμάτια από τα φύλλα του χρυσού που έβγαιναν από το τρίψιμο. Τα κομμάτια αυτά τα έβαζαν μέσα σε ένα φλιτζάνι και έριχναν μέσα και λίγο νερό. Ύστερα τα έτριβαν ώρα πολύ με το δάχτυλο μέσα στο φλιτζάνι, ώσπου τα κουρέλια του χρυσού να γίνουν σκόνη. Από τη σκόνη αυτή τη χρυσή έπαιρναν όση τους χρειάζονταν και την ανακάτευαν με μια κολλητική ουσία, όπως το αραβικό κόμμι ή κόλλα αμυγδαλιάς, και με ψιλό πινέλο ζωγράφιζαν τα φωτίσματα των ενδυμάτων πάνω σε βαθυκόκκινους ή βαθυγάλαζους προπλασμούς. That was a perfect and long and cold day and night but it was more than worthy !!!!
