Le Casino d’Hammam-Lif, monument emblématique classé depuis 2000, fait l’objet d’un projet de restauration et de valorisation, marquant une étape structurante dans la réhabilitation de ce site historique. Porté par la Municipalité d’Hammam-Lif, ce projet s’inscrit dans ce dispositif de concession piloté par l’IGPPP en partenariat avec L’INP et ministère des Domaine de l’État et des Affaires foncières et bénéficie du soutien de l’Union européenne à travers le projet @patrimoine3000 . Au-delà de l’intervention architecturale, cette initiative vise à redonner au site une vocation culturelle, sociale et touristique durable, contribuant à renforcer l’attractivité du territoire et à valoriser son patrimoine. Un appel d’offre pour sa mise en concession sera lancé prochainement. يُعدّ كازينو حمّام الأنف، المُصنَّف كمعلم تاريخي منذ سنة 2000، من أبرز المعالم الرمزية بالجهة، حيث يشهد اليوم مشروعاً لإعادة ترميمه وتثمينه، في خطوة هيكلية تهدف إلى ردّ الإعتبار لهذا الموقع التاريخي. ويُنجَز هذا المشروع بمبادرة من بلدية حمّام الأنف، في إطار منظومة اللزمات التي تشرف عليها الهيئة العامة للشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، بالشراكة مع المعهد الوطني للتراث ووزارة أملاك الدولة والشؤون العقارية، وبدعم من الإتحاد الأوروبي من خلال مشروع “Patrimoine 3000”. ولا يقتصر هذا المشروع على الجانب المعماري فحسب، بل يهدف أيضاً إلى إحياء الدور الثقافي والإجتماعي والسياحي للموقع بشكل مستدام، بما يساهم في تعزيز جاذبية المنطقة وتثمين موروثها الحضاري. ومن المنتظر الإعلان قريباً عن طلب عروض لإسناد لزمة إستغلال الموقع. © Tounes Wijhetouna est un programme d’appui à la diversification du tourisme, au développement de l’artisanat et à la valorisation du patrimoine, financé par l’ @ue_tunisie
