Visited our lovely neighbours Liz Paul and Julia. They’d never tried a White Cargo. So, while Julia proved herself a pancake wizard, I combined Sipsmith London Dry with an equal measure of vanilla ice cream (and no ice) in Paul’s Calabrese shaker. Gave it a hard bash and poured. I love the way the gin takes the cloying sweetness away and this creamy drink is perfectly balanced at 50ml of each per serve.
