以前より会員として参加させて頂いている、東都納札睦、本日開催された四月例會の題目
江戸ワンダーランド 日光江戸村四十周年の絵の御依頼を賜り、札の原画描かせて頂きました。 写真の方は木版から摺り上げて頂いた札になります。
今回、色々勉強になる事も多く、絵の方を描く機会を与えて頂いた睦の世話人の皆様、関岡扇令木版画工房様、誠に有難う御座いました。
日光江戸村社長様の肖像画の方も制作途中との事なので、そちらの方も楽しみにしております。

I have been participating as a member of the Touto Nosatsu Mutsumi, and was honored to receive a request for the theme of today’s April gathering: “Edo Wonderland – Nikko Edomura 40th Anniversary.” I had the opportunity to create the original artwork for the nosatsu.
The piece shown in the photo is the finished print, produced from the woodblock.
This project was a great learning experience for me, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved—especially the organizers of the group, as well as Sekioka Senrei Woodblock Print Studio—for giving me this valuable opportunity to create the artwork.
I also understand that the portrait of the president of Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura is still in progress, and I am very much looking forward to seeing it completed.
