20+ interactive stations where families explore math through creative play. Led by YPP Math Literacy Workers—high school near-peer mentors bringing STEM to life.

For over 50 years, MIT students have dropped a piano (one that was broken beyond repair 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 the fall) to commemorate the spring semester’s Drop Day, the last day to drop classes for the term. 🎹
Paul Parravano’s family donated this year’s piano. Paul was the co-director of the Office of Government and Community Relations and a beloved member of the MIT community before his retirement and passing in 2023.
