Mery’s husband was kidnapped by ICE a week before Christmas since then he’s been In Louisiana. We are waiting for a second court date. He was the main provider of his home and mery has been struggling to make ends meet.

Maikel Romero Zamora, a beloved community member, has been unjustly detained by ICE since March, 2025. Before being detained, he spent his time helping others
on their asylum claims. ICE is denying Maikel the opportunity to file his
application to register as a legal permanent resident. Maikel needs to raise $1450
to pay the ridiculous fee under the Cuban Adjustment Act.

🚨 Continued ICE presence in Corona 🚨
After this weekend's raid that resulted in 7 men from Corona getting kidnapped, ICE returned to our neighborhood Tuesday morning.
From 5:30am until 7:30am ICE agents staked out a house in Corona near 111th Street and 41st Ave and kidnapped 3 of our neighbors.
Around 5:30am: ICE allegedly came looking for a specific person with a specific address, yet they arrested another latino man leaving the same house to work. Soon after, a latino father registered as legally blind exited the same home to go to work and was immediately detained by ICE. They used his phone to call his son and manipulated him into coming back home from work to "switch places" with his father. When the son arrived, ICE thugs arrested him but did not release the legally-blind father.
ICE also lied when they gained access to the home on Saturday.
ICE LIES. ICE DESTROYS LIVES.

In the video, ICE thugs became aggressive with the ICE watcher and started stepping on them and pushing them.
Local neighborhood groups and neighbors from Corona responded to the sighting and with mitlali providing crucial detention support to the neighbors kidnapped were able to tend to immediate needs.

On Monday, 10/6/25, over the objections of his lawyer & the anguished cries of his family, plain-clothed ICE agents detained beloved community-member & asylum-seeker, Wagner, as he was leaving his hearing at one of the now infamous immigration courts in Lower Manhattan. He is now being held in New Jersey, at Delaney Hall.

Wagner’s shocking detention leaves his wife Veronica, his daughter, 9, & his U.S.-Citizen son, 2, without their sole financial provider. 🚨 We need immediate action to stop the deportation of Martha and her 2 children, Manuel and Dayra.
They were kidnapped during an ice check-in, Martha and Dayra, who’s only 7 yrs old and a DOE student, were taken to an unknown location and later it was confirmed they were in Dilley, Texas.
Manuel was kept in 26 federal plaza, and on August 15th he was moved to Delaney.
We need immediate action to fight for their liberation and reunite them.
