Lucia Montaño Rodriguez, here with her young children and then husband Vicente, never knew the impact she would have on the world with her recipe for tacos dorados. This hard working woman from Tepatitlan, Jalisco opened a lunch counter to feed her family in 1937 and if she were here today she would invite you all into her kitchen!

Did you know Black Magic Woman was written by @fleetwoodmac original founding guitar player Peter Green? @carlossantana covered this at The Swing Auditorium on September 20, 1970. Peter Green left Fleetwood Mac but decided to rejoin for a special performance at The Swing 5 months later on February 19, 1971.
