I've held off posting about the book because further revisions are necessary, and I figured folks might be sick of seeing it. The beginning section, executed some twenty years ago, needed to be updated to match the rest of the book. I work on it every day, all day. I'll complete the changes in January. Honest. Don't believe for a second I haven't fretted over the possibility I'll never finish it, but those close to it will attest that it is indeed on the brink.
