“They had two weeks to form a band for their sold out show.
Mitchell: ‘Our buddy, Dash, he, like, had a keyboard, and we’re like, do you want to play keyboard in our band?’
The same ensued for the rest of the ensemble.
Mitchell: ‘You have a drum set? Do you have a keyboard? Do you have a bass? Not like, how good you are, yeah. And so we, we got the band together, like, super quickly, like, no, no, real thought put into it’
The night of the show came quickly.
Mitchell: “Dude, I was super nervous… I remember looking at my pedalboard and being like, ‘Are we gonna be able to do this?“
