One song really did become a movement.
I’ve had the privilege of watching how this song has carried people through some of the hardest moments of their lives—reminding them they’re not alone, and that hope is still alive. That kind of impact doesn’t come from strategy… it comes from something much bigger.
Rachel, I am so proud of you. It’s been an honor to walk alongside you and witness what God has done through you and through this song.
To be the 25th woman in history to reach this milestone is extraordinary. And the truth is—by every industry standard, this song shouldn’t have made it out of the studio… much less to the top of the charts.
But when God breathes on something, it reaches exactly who it’s meant to reach.

Several years ago, I realized that my job wasn’t solely about developing artist careers , but it was also about developing leaders. I am so grateful to be working with an amazing team. One of them is standing with me in this photo. Last night we were in Austin for our clients live album recording. There was a moment where I was overwhelmed with gratitude and pride when I watched @benpogue in action. He started out as an intern with me more than a decade ago. Just witnessing the growth in action. Thank you Ben for how you enrich my life, and all of the clients we have the privilege of serving. You make every day better in every single way. Now I have the privilege of learning from you.

My Daughter posted these pics today. Walking her down the aisle in September with her Mom is one of the sweetest days of my life. She is an actual angel…. I’m not sure where she hides that halo and wings, but I know she was born with them.. I love you @bellamessina__ , and what an amazing Son-in-law you brought into my life. For those of you who have kids and feel like they’re growing up too fast…. This chapter of being a Dad is amazing. You have a lot to look forward to.
That’s a wrap 2025… I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful memories, and for the lessons learned. I am grateful to ring in a new year that will bring more memories, more lessons, more gratitude. Happy New year

Last night, I had the privilege of attending the "not alone awards", an incredible awards show recognizing mental health advocates. @inspiringchildren , your alumni's stories were truly mind-blowing. Been waiting for quite a while now for the pictures and videos from My Lil Girl‘s wedding in September . Finally got video today and I’m overcome with with gratitude… I’m also facing the harsh reality that I am an ugly crier 😂 I love you @bellamessina__ and grateful to welcome @dante_messina in to our family. This video is just a forever reminder of the goodness of God..
