This is my submission for the #RilakkumaRecreate contest for #RilakkumaUS - I've been working on it all week!! I've always loved stop-motion animation, and this contest inspired me to finally have a go at it for the first time. Almost everything was made with modeling clay, except the actual set (cardboard and paper) and the alien's cape (old t-shirts and paint).

Rilakkuma and Kaoru is such a lovely show and it was so fun to try to recreate something from it!! This little scene is from my favorite episode, S1:E11, Sleepless Night! It has such a wonderful message. Here's hoping that even as adults, we never "forget how to believe in things." 🛸
